Children’s Cancer Cause College Scholars Program
Children’s Cancer Cause awards academic scholarships to childhood cancer survivors who demonstrate a commitment to cancer advocacy. These survivors receive a financial scholarship to help with academic expenses and gain valuable cancer advocacy experience.
The College Scholars Program - which has now awarded scholarship to nearly 50 survivors - includes a cancer volunteer project of the student’s choice. Scholars receive support and mentorship from the Children’s Cancer Cause. Past scholarship winners have undertaken projects that include a community bone marrow drive, a podcast for other cancer survivors, and the formation of a campus cancer advocacy organization.
