Summer Survey of Survivors: Share Your Experience

We've just launched our annual Summer Survey of Survivors, and we hope you’ll share it with any teen or young adult survivors of childhood cancer that you may know. This survey helps ensure that we are best representing the unique needs of childhood cancer survivors in our program planning and in our policy work on Capitol Hill.

As a thanks for sharing valuable time and insights with us, survivors who complete the survey have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card.

This survey is exclusively for survivors of pediatric cancer who are currently age 13 or over. There’s no upper age limit: we also want to hear from those of you who were diagnosed several decades ago. Take note that survivors under age 18 need a parent or guardian’s permission to participate. If you’ve taken a Children’s Cancer Cause survey in the past, please consider taking this one as well. Some of the questions will be familiar but you may find that your answers change with time.

Some of the things we ask about are your experiences with survivorship care and where you've learned information about your long-term health risks. This feedback helps ensure that we are working toward impactful solutions to the most pressing issues in our community, including outreach to under-served and disconnected survivors.

The survey will remain open until August 15, 2024.

Speaking of survivorship care, we're also currently accepting applications for our Survivorship Champion's Prize. If you know of a worthy organization, group, or clinic that should be recognized for its excellence in childhood cancer survivorship work with this $10,000 award, please be sure they know about this opportunity. The application deadline is July 31st.
