BRIEF COVID-19 SURVEY

If you’re a caregiver to a child with cancer (either in active treatment or a survivor) or you are a childhood cancer survivor yourself, we want to hear from you about the impact of COVID-19 on your family, your medical care, and your finances.

As a policy-focused organization, the Children's Cancer Cause is investigating the needs and concerns of childhood cancer families and survivors during the COVID-19 crisis that could potentially be addressed through legislative or policy proposals. Your input and insight will help ensure that we are working toward impactful solutions to the most pressing problems in our community during this challenging time.

We may share excerpts from your responses in order to increase awareness about the challenges facing families like yours but we will remove all identifying information.
